Group prenatal classes
Face-to-face classes are now allowed! Classes are given in our new premises at 3925 rue Ontario Est in Montreal.

Group prenatal class formats
The schedule for all classes is from 18 p.m. to 30 p.m. with a maximum of 21 couples per group.
We welcome you during 3 sessions of 2h30,, in small groups in a warm and comfortable environment. No, you won't be sitting on the floor staring into each other's eyes as you learn how to breathe. We have a course curriculum Our classes are modern and adapted to your needs!!
You will be able to ask all your questions in an inclusive and respectful environment and you will be able to interact with other couples who are going through the same thing as you (or almost!).
Prepare to experience a peaceful delivery at your own pace and at your own pace by learning the best tips from an accompanying person at the birth of experience. She is as familiar with physiological childbirth as with hospital protocols and medical procedures.
You will have peace of mind when you leave these classes, we guarantee it!
Places are counted, it is advisable to book in advance! We recommend starting classes at the 30th week of pregnancy.
