Prenatal Pilates is a great way to continue to strengthen your body during pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. As you are pregnant, changes take place in your body, you will learn how to deal with them, identify them and prepare for a more relaxed childbirth. Each class is a time to take care of yourself and your unborn baby. Traditional pilates exercises are adapted to the physiology and specific morphology of the pregnant person in order to tone your body while focusing on your breathing and the activation of your perineum. This course is accessible to all future parents from the first trimester until the end.
Postnatal Pilates is a great way to get back to movement and promote healing in the body after childbirth. Postnatal Pilates promotes whole body alignment for better posture and awareness of your “new” post-baby body. You will be energized, toned, and this will reduce and prevent back pain, shoulder and neck tension. The deep breathing of Pilates brings a commitment of the pelvic and abdominal girdle which will allow you to find all your core strength. Postnatal pilates is accessible to all new parents from 3 weeks after vaginal delivery and 6 weeks by cesarean section.
The vaccination passport is required to have access to the courses.
