Breastfeeding and the return of fertility:

Are you pregnant or have you just given birth? Are you wondering about the return of your fertility after a birth? Do you want to tame the return of diapers, the first ovulation and changes in the menstrual cycle? This is the right time to participate in our conference-talk!

Natural methods are valuable tools to help you understand the return of fertility after childbirth. They allow you to understand postnatal physiology, the complex links between breastfeeding and fertility, natural and effective alternatives in contraception, tips for conceiving in
breastfeeding. You will know what criteria determine the choice of one or the other.

Early childhood: awakening to sexuality in 4-5 year olds

Saturday June 11 13:30 p.m.

During this workshop, you will understand the progress of the psychosexual development of children 4-5 years old to properly support your mini in his needs. Also, you will fully understand your role as your child's sexuality educator. Finally, you will be equipped to respond adequately to your child's questions about sexuality, based on the questions you have heard or those you fear. 


The workshop is led by Shanie, sexologist, practice focused on reproductive health, perinatality and early childhood.

Management of contractions:

June 17 18:30 p.m.

2-hour workshop with Camille Maheu, doula, perinatal naturopath and founder of Les Premiers Moments.
Come alone or as a couple ($40 alone, $60 as a couple) and we will give you our best tips and advice for managing your contractions during childbirth.
Through touch, breathing, movement, visualization, environmental management and natural products, contractions are managed a little better and labor can be faster.

Baby sign language: 

July 8 at 10:30 a.m.

Familiarize yourself with a new way to communicate with your baby. Borrowed from Quebec Sign Language (LSQ), a manual with more than 90 signs will be given to you and you will have time to learn the signs in the presence of your baby. Ideal for the whole family, from the baby's second month.

Red Tent: perinatal professionals

A red tent is a space to share, listen to each other and submit our experiences and emotions.
It is a safe space, to rejuvenate, outside of judgement.
For the first edition of LPM's Red Tents, we have chosen to welcome our working community. Our colleagues, who for 2 years have been adapting, bending and continuing.
We offer you 2 time slots, to allow as many people as possible to participate.
Friday July 15 at 18:30 p.m.
Saturday July 16 at 13 p.m.
We ask for a contribution of $15 per person, teas, herbal teas and coffees will be served on site.
