Management of contractions: 

February 6 and April 3, 2023 at 18:30 p.m.

Come as a couple and we will give you our best tips and advice for managing your contractions during childbirth.

Through touch, breathing, movement, visualization, environmental management and natural products, contractions are managed a little better and labor can be faster.

Balloon Method Couple Shape 
March 4 at 13 p.m. (3 hours)

The Couple Shape Ball Method aims to: Accelerate the progress of labor through positions or support with the birth ball where the effect of gravity is predominant. Facilitate the passage of the baby in the pelvic cavity by promoting the mobility of the joints of the pelvis.

Reduce pain by increasing overall circulation. And, give tools to the accompanying parent, to significantly help the birthing parent during childbirth.

Pelvic health and postnatal period: 

10 March 2023 to 10h30

  • The basics (pelvic floor 101);
  • Take care of your perineum - limit urinary leakage / organ descent / feeling of heaviness in your abdominals (simple and effective adapted exercises!) - aimed in particular at limiting back pain / pelvis / hips;
  • We will also demystify the true from the false in post-natal (maybe we hear things about it!);
  • The resumption of sport;
  • Scars - what to do?;
  • Sexuality - discomfort / loss or change of sensations / recovery / libido;
