Languages: French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (moderate)

Fannie is a dietitian-nutritionist specializing in women's health, with particular expertise in perinatal care. Member of the Professional Order of Dietitians-Nutritionists of Quebec, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in nutrition from the University of Montreal in 2020.

After experiencing a positive and transformative childbirth in 2022, Fannie felt the profound impact this experience can have on a woman's life. This event influenced her professional career, motivating her to become a doula, a birth companion. So, alongside her nutrition practice, Fannie also provides emotional, physical and informational support to women throughout their birth journey, seeking to create positive and respectful experiences.

Fannie brings a holistic approach to her practice as a nutritionist, guiding her clients towards a healthy and balanced diet taking into account their individual needs, as well as the tastes and food preferences of the whole family. She uses the principles of intuitive eating, while relying on evidence, to help her clients make informed decisions about nutrition. It is also with kindness that she wishes to guide parents in what relates to infant nutrition.

As a doula, Fannie is committed to supporting women throughout their birth experience, ensuring they feel supported, heard and respected. She recognizes the importance of adequate and continuous accompaniment, seeking to create positive and transformative memories for the women she accompanies.

Her goal is to help her clients develop a healthy and peaceful relationship with food, by listening to their bodies, recognizing signals of hunger and fullness, and breaking free from the dietary restrictions that come with diet culture. She firmly believes that each individual is the expert on their own life and body, and she is committed to guiding her clients towards inspired, confident and informed self-reliance.

Whether you are looking for nutrition advice, support for your perinatal journey or a combination of the two, Fannie is here to support you. With her specialization in women's health, her expertise in perinatality, and based on evidence, she is dedicated to helping you achieve your health and well-being goals.
