Classes and workshops

Here are all of our workshops given at the local on Ontario Street in Montreal! 

We have as many classes for pregnant people as new parents. You have the option of purchasing a block of lessons, if you want to give it a try, call us to notify us of your presence and you can pay on site (except for the baby massage session where these are classes that take place. follow).
